Join us for an informative and engaging morning session built to help you stay aware, prepared and protected, both on the job and in everyday life. Our panel includes Michael Vernon, a licensed USCCA instructor, a USCCA representative covering concealed carry insurance, and private investigator John Dale Hartman. Topics range from risk identification and situational awareness to office emergency plans, persona fraud and the legal use of force.

Vines, Hops and Barrels Tasting Event
Our first annual tasting event. WWAOR and Red Barn Winery are teaming up for an evening of wine, beer and spirits tastings with chef inspired food pairings in Delmont. Open to the public, and seats are limited.

- Reserve Experience, $75 per person, early admission at 5:00pm with a full Italian dinner buffet. Tasting Experience, $45 per person, general admission at 6:00pm.

Member Reminder: CE, COE, and Fair Housing Requirements
- License Renewal CE (PA, 2024–26 cycle)
- 14 total hours required, including 2 hours Fair Housing plus 3 hours Agency Relationships. Complete coursework June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2026.
- Code of Ethics (COE)
- 2.5 hours required every 3 years. Current cycle: 1/1/2025 to 12/31/2027.
- NAR Fair Housing / Anti-Bias
- Required when you become a member and every 3 years thereafter, aligned with the COE cycle. Must be at least 2 hours. Deadline: 12/31/2027.
- First-Time License Renewal
- Requires two 7-hour modules, General plus Residential or Commercial, depending on practice.
Note: NAR’s Fairhaven Simulation does not count toward the state license renewal requirement.

Our Mission

- Designate, for the benefit of the public, those individuals authorized to use the terms REALTOR® and REALTORS® as licensed, prescribed and controlled by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
