Member Reminder: CE, COE, and Fair Housing Requirements
License Renewal CE (PA, 2024–26 cycle): 14 total hours required, including 2 hours Fair Housing + 3 hours Agency Relationships. Complete coursework June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2026.
Code of Ethics (COE): 2.5 hours required every 3 years. Current cycle: 1/1/2025 – 12/31/2027.
NAR Fair Housing / Anti-Bias: Required when you become a member and every 3 years thereafter (aligned with the COE cycle). Must be at least 2 hours. Deadline: 12/31/2027.
First-Time License Renewal: Requires two 7-hour modules (General + Residential or Commercial, depending on practice).
Note: NAR’s Fairhaven Simulation does not count toward the state license renewal requirement.

- Provide a unified medium for real estate owners and those engaged in the real estate profession whereby their interests may be safeguarded and advanced.
- Further the interest of home and other real property ownership.
- Unite those engaged in the real estate profession with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, thereby furthering their own objectives throughout the state and nation, and obtaining the benefits and privileges of membership therein.
- Designate, for the benefit of the public, those individuals authorized to use the terms REALTOR® and REALTORS® as licensed, prescribed and controlled by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
